The Patterson Difference
How the PHC Swing Bed Program differs from most skilled nursing facilities:
Care is overseen by our Advanced Registered Nurse Practitioners (ARNPs) who visit patients at least twice a week. Patients have all the benefits of the hospital, including the lab, medical imaging, and pharmacy.
Physical and occupational therapy are provided based on patient needs. Speech therapy is available up to 3 times a week to assist in recovery.
Complex wound care with a certified wound care nurse. Specialists are available for consultation, including rehabilitation, cardiology, and behavioral health.
We maintain a low nurse to patient ratio. PHC does not provide long-term care; our singular focus is your patient's safe discharge home.
