Ms. Caudillo, a Kansas native, grew up on a farm in Wellington. A desire to help heal the sick and improve patients’ well-being inspired her to pursue a career in healthcare. She has now been practicing for over seven years. 

Having worked in both large and small medical facilities, Ms. Caudillo appreciates the tight connections that small communities like Harper County provide. 

Ms. Caudillo and her husband have two children.
