By Patterson Health Center on November 1, 2022

Ingredients

3 Tbsp. olive oil
1 oz. package ranch dressing mix
1 tsp. smoked paprika
1 Tbsp. oregano
1 tsp. ground black pepper
4 pork chops
2 lb baby potatoes or cut potatoes
carrots and broccoli (or vegetable of your choice)

Directions

Preheat your oven to 400 degrees F. Spray two baking sheets with cooking spray

Place pork chops on one backing sheet and potatoes and vegetables on the other.

In a small bowl, mix together ranch seasoning, smoked paprika, oregano and black pepper. Rub the seasoning over the pork chops, potatoes and vegetables.

Place the baking sheets in the oven and roast for aobut 30 minutes, or until the pork chops are cooked through and the potatoes and vegetables are tender. The potatoes and vegetables may cook more quickly than the pork chops. The internal temperature of the pork chops should reach 145 degrees when cooked.

Serve immediately.
