Heritage Estates Assisted Living provides a community for older adults who want to live an independent lifestyle, but need a little assistance with life’s daily tasks.
Unlike other living situations, you do not have to sign an annual lease. We operate on a month-to-month basis, so you can choose what is right for you or your family member at every turn.
Heritage Estates offers each resident high-quality care in a private home setting. Whether you choose one of our five indoor apartments or one of our eight outdoor cottages, you receive the same services.. You may furnish your apartment or cottage just as you would your own home. You are welcome to hang pictures and bring your own furniture and personal items.
All of our locations are equipped with a kitchenette, individual temperature controls, smoke alarms and sprinkler systems. Parking is available for residents and guests.
Each resident is provided with a 24-hour emergency call system.
We accept long-term care insurance as well as private-pay residents.
At Heritage Estates, we value your independence and privacy as much as you do. Our standard services are available to all residents, and we offer extra services to those who need them.
Standard services include:
- 24-hour, on-site certified nurse aides
- Weekly housekeeping
- Utilities and Dish Network TV (except phone)
- Individual heating and cooling
- Maintenance
- Repairs
- Lawn care
- Snow removal
- Activities and crafts
- Wellness Center membership with chair and balance classes
- Emergency call pendants
- Assistance in arranging transportation and appointments
- Personal mailboxes
Extra available services include:
- Meal service (one to three meals per day)
- Meal delivery
- Laundry assistance
- Medication reminders
- Bathing assistance
- Dressing assistance
- Guest meals
