No-Bake Energy Bites
Ingredients:
1 c. rolled oats
1/2 c. miniature chocolate chips
1/2 c. ground flax seed
1/2 c. peanut butter
1/3 c. honey
1 tsp. vanilla extract
Directions:
Stir all ingredients together in a bowl. Roll dough into balls with your hands. Serve immediately or refrigerate and serve.
