Lab Draw registration available now

Registration is now available for discounted lab draws. The "Highway to Health" clinic is from 7-11 a.m. Oct. 16-20 at Patterson Health Center.

Sign up online at https://form.jotform.com/232146150032137 or fill out an attached form and return via mail to Patterson Health Center, 485 N KS HWY 2, Anthony, KS 67003. You may also register in person at Patterson Health Center. Registration forms for Conway Springs Rural Health Clinic can be found here.

Free labs are available for Lipid Profile, CBC, CMP and TSH for those 60 and above, thanks to the Harper County Health Foundation.
