For HD6-Harper Campus employees providing direct patient care, attending BLS CPR Class is required and is paid time (see Employment Policy #36 in Personnel Manual). Update/renewal is required by AHA every two years.

HD6-Harper Campus Nursing personnel will be scheduled to attend a BLS CPR class near to your time for renewal.

For non-HD6 employees, the cost for the class is $50 to be paid on the day of the class.

A BLS CPR book will be available for class use and purchasing for $3.00.
