Roasted Chickpeas

Ingredients:

1 can chickpeas
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. spices - we used paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder and thyme

Directions:

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Rinse and drain the chickpeas, then dry using paper towels.

Toss olive oil and salt with the chickpeas. Carefully stir in the spices.

Arrange on a baking sheet and roast the chickpeas for 20-30 minutes. Chickpeas are done when they're golden and slightly darkened.

Remove from oven, cool and enjoy!
