Welcome to our laboratory. We are dedicated to providing fast, accurate, and reliable diagnostic results to support your health. By processing our tests locally, we ensure rapid turnaround times for both our patients and our providers.

Patient and Facility Information

Hours: Outpatient collections begin at 7:00 a.m. to easily accommodate fasting labs.

Our Experts: All testing is performed by technicians who are graduates of NAACLS-accredited programs and maintain ASCP certification.

Preparing for Your Visit

Fasting Instructions: If your provider ordered "fasting labs" (such as lipid or glucose panels), please do not eat or drink anything other than plain water for 8 to 12 hours before your blood draw.

What to Bring: Please bring your photo ID, current insurance card, and your lab order form.

The following is performed in-house:

Clinical Chemistry

Tests to check organ function, blood sugar, cholesterol, and medication levels.
  • General Health: Glucose (incl. POC), A1C, Electrolytes (NA/K/CL), BUN, Creatinine, Calcium, Albumin, Total Protein, Magnesium, Phosphorus, Uric Acid.
  • Liver and Pancreas: ALT, AST, ALP, Bilirubin (Direct/Total), Amylase, Lipase, Lactic Acid.
  • Heart Health: Pro-BNP, Troponin (TNIH), CK-I, Cholesterol, HDL, Triglycerides, CRP.
  • Thyroid and Hormones: TSH, Free T4, Vitamin B12, Ferritin, Iron, IBCT, BHCG.
  • Therapeutic Monitoring: Acetaminophen, Salicylate, Digoxin, Vancomycin, EOTH.

Hematology and Coagulation

Tests to check for anemia, infection, and how well your blood clots.
  • Blood Counts: CBC with Differential, H&H (Hemoglobin and Hematocrit), ESR.
  • Coagulation: PT/INR, PTT, D-Dimer.

Microbiology

Tests to quickly detect viruses, bacteria, and other infections.
  • Respiratory: COVID-19, Flu A and B, RSV, Strep A.
  • Screening: CT/NG, C. Difficile.
  • Rapid Kits: Mono, IFOB, U/S HCG.

Urinalysis and Toxicology

Tests to screen for kidney issues, UTIs, and medication or drug screening.

Blood Bank

Tests to determine blood type and check for antibodies.
